Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, medications, and treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with diagnostic tests and follow-up care
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in healthcare

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
