Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Learning Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to develop high-quality learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop learning materials, including e-learning courses, simulations, videos, and job aids
• Use instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content
• Apply adult learning theories and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of learning solutions
• Review and provide feedback on learning materials created by other team members
• Use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, to develop e-learning courses
• Work with multimedia specialists to incorporate graphics, animations, and videos into learning materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure learning materials meet design standards and specifications
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning design and technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of learning solutions
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
