Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and objectives for the project
Develop innovative and creative concepts for experiential designs
Create detailed sketches, renderings, and mock-ups to present to clients
Utilize a variety of design tools and software to bring concepts to life
Work closely with other team members, such as event planners and production managers, to ensure seamless execution of designs
Research and source materials, props, and technology to enhance the overall experience
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Attend site visits and provide on-site support during installations and events
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and techniques into designs
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in experiential design or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of experiential designs and concepts
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of new and emerging technologies in experiential design, such as AR/VR and projection mapping
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong time management and organization skills
