Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lesson plans
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects
Help students with assignments, projects, and homework
Monitor and record student progress and behaviors
Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate with parents and caregivers about student progress and any concerns
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
Provide guidance and support to students with special needs or learning disabilities
Help with administrative tasks such as grading, photocopying, and organizing classroom materials
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education or related field
Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students of diverse backgrounds
Proficient in using technology and educational software
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
