Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop online courses that meet learning objectives and engage students.
Utilize instructional design principles to create course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments.
Develop course content, including videos, interactive activities, quizzes, and other multimedia elements.
Ensure all course materials are accessible and comply with ADA and WCAG guidelines.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure courses are error-free and meet standards.
Continuously review and update existing courses to ensure they remain relevant and up-to-date.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in e-learning and instructional design to improve course development processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for online courses.
Provide technical support to students and instructors using the online learning platform.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Knowledge of ADA and WCAG compliance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely or in our office. The Online Course Developer may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines or collaborate with team members in different time zones.
