Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Robotics Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Robotics Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation, design and develop automation processes, and provide ongoing support for existing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics and automation, with a passion for finding innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify areas for automation and develop a roadmap for implementation.
• Design and develop automation processes using various technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the potential impact of automation solutions.
• Work with external vendors and contractors to integrate new automation systems and technologies into our existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes, including standard operating procedures and user manuals.
• Train and educate employees on the use of automation systems, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotics and automation, and make recommendations for integrating new technologies into our operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics and automation, with a strong understanding of RPA, AI, and ML technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with automation tools and platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters. The Robotics Automation Specialist may be required to travel to various sites for project implementation and support. This role may also require working outside of regular business hours to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
