About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop concepts, and oversee the implementation of robotic systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated systems to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in our manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop creative solutions to address business needs
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine the viability of proposed automation projects
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of robotic systems and ensure they meet design specifications and project goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems to ensure uninterrupted production
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into our processes
• Train operators and maintenance personnel on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies when implementing automation solutions
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source and integrate components and systems for automation projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems, including programming, integration, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and PLC programming
• Experience with CAD software and simulation tools
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to automation systems
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to vendor and customer sites as needed
