Job Title: Cloud Strategy Consultant

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a Cloud Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding our clients on their cloud transformation journey. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies that leverage cloud technologies to drive growth and efficiency. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current IT infrastructure and processes to identify areas that can benefit from cloud adoption
• Develop and present cloud strategy recommendations to clients, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
• Work with clients to define and prioritize cloud adoption roadmap and develop a detailed implementation plan
• Assist clients in selecting the right cloud service providers and technologies based on their specific needs
• Provide guidance on cloud security, governance, and compliance to ensure clients' data is protected and in line with industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of cloud strategies and solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and trends, continuously staying updated on the latest developments in the industry
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the cloud adoption process
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization for clients through the use of cloud technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cloud strategy and implementation
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Proven experience in developing and presenting cloud strategy recommendations to clients
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus
