Position: IT Process Engineer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology processes and procedures for the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design process workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to technology processes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on process implementation and best practices.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IT processes.
• Continuously evaluate and refine technology processes to align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT processes and procedures.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
• Proficient in project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
• Certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies are a plus.
