Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and technology
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
• Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with onboarding new employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in IT or operations
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
