Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and develop technical solutions that meet their requirements.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our product capabilities and how they can address the client's pain points.
Create and deliver proposals, technical documentation, and other materials that effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to customize and develop solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Act as a liaison between the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff of projects and successful implementation of solutions.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients during and after the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and infrastructure technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing technical solutions for clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
