About the role: As a Digital Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's digital systems, ensuring their smooth operation and functionality. Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's digital systems, including but not limited to websites, applications, and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the digital systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their digital needs and provide technical support and solutions.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to improve the overall user experience and drive business growth.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital systems, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in digital technology, and make recommendations for their integration into the company's digital systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing necessary measures to protect the company's digital assets.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital systems, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize them effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Lobox.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with content management systems, web development, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
