Key Responsibilities:

Conduct usability tests on various products and features, including websites, software, and mobile applications
Develop test plans and scenarios based on project requirements
Identify and report any usability issues or bugs to the development team
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes and improvements based on usability test results
Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable recommendations for improving user experience
Monitor and track user feedback and reviews to identify recurring issues and suggest solutions
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure our products meet the highest usability standards
Continuously test and provide feedback on new features and updates to ensure they meet user needs and expectations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Usability Tester or in a similar role
Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices
Experience with various usability testing methods, such as A/B testing, surveys, and focus groups
Knowledge of user experience design and user-centered design principles
Familiarity with web development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
