Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems used by our product development teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their tooling needs and requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tooling and systems
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance tooling functionality and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tooling technology to continuously improve our systems
Create and maintain project documentation for tools and systems
Provide support and training to team members on tooling and systems usage
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency of tools and systems
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure tools and systems meet quality standards
Maintain and improve existing tools and systems to keep up with changing business needs
Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for tooling and system integrations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in tooling and systems engineering
Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
Experience with software development tools and processes (version control, debugging, testing)
Knowledge of database management and SQL
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
