Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IAM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and maintain IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any IAM issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IAM policies and procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM related issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IAM system.
Work closely with other teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity.
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP.
Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications in IAM, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.
