Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute load testing strategies to assess the performance and scalability of our software products
Analyze system requirements and design load testing scenarios to simulate real-world usage
Create and maintain automated load testing scripts using industry-standard tools
Monitor and analyze system metrics during load testing to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
Document and communicate load testing results and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in load testing and performance engineering

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in load testing and performance engineering
Strong understanding of load testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Knowledge of database management and SQL querying
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
