Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and business analysts to gather integration requirements and develop integration solutions.
Design and implement scalable and efficient integration architectures, utilizing industry best practices.
Develop and maintain integration processes between multiple systems, platforms, and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integration processes.
Perform system and integration testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integration solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving any integration-related issues.
Continuously monitor and improve existing integration processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Software Integration Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, web services, ETL, and messaging protocols.
Hands-on experience with integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Familiarity with databases and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
