Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
• Utilize statistical analysis methods to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and maintain databases for storing and organizing data used in predictive models.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to improve the performance of predictive models.
• Develop and maintain data cleaning and pre-processing procedures to ensure the quality of data used in predictive models.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of predictive models and make necessary adjustments to improve their accuracy.
• Create visualizations and reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in predictive analytics to continuously improve our company's capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in predictive analytics or data science.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases.
