Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our products and processes
• Mentor and guide junior team members, and support their professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience working with modern web development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue.js)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
