Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement product requirements and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
• Write and review code, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members in software development best practices, code reviews, and continuous learning.
• Drive technical discussions and decisions, taking into account business needs, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design meetings.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to existing processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong experience with at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++.
• In-depth understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in building scalable and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex software projects on time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
