Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and develop solutions
• Design and develop AI/ML algorithms and models, using various techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Train and optimize models using large datasets, ensuring accuracy and performance
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of AI/ML solutions
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they are up-to-date and performing as expected
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML development
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and supervised/unsupervised learning
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Pandas, or NumPy
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in a production environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for staying updated on new AI/ML technologies and their potential applications
