Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NLP (Natural Language Processing) Developer to join our dynamic team. As an NLP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing NLP solutions that will enhance our products and services. Your role will involve using advanced NLP techniques and algorithms to analyze and understand large amounts of unstructured data, and to extract meaningful insights from it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP solutions that can process and analyze large amounts of unstructured data.
• Design and implement algorithms and models for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and other NLP tasks.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of NLP models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate NLP solutions into our products and services.
• Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest NLP advancements and techniques, and apply them to improve our existing solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of NLP models, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Document and present your work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in NLP development, with a strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim.
• Hands-on experience with NLP tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with industry advancements in NLP.
