Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources and load it into our data warehouse.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Develop and maintain ETL documentation, including data mapping, data dictionary, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues in a timely manner to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and standardization across different systems.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ETL development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ETL Developer.
Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Experience with data integration from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files.
Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
