Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand data integration needs.
Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
Create and maintain ETL documentation, including data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and process flow diagrams.
Design and implement error handling and data validation strategies.
Monitor ETL processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Optimize ETL processes for better performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Stay updated with emerging ETL technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development.
Proven experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with cloud-based ETL tools, such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory, is a plus.
