Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Design and implement data models to collect, store, and analyze large datasets.
Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret data.
Develop predictive models to forecast trends and identify patterns in data.
Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in big data technologies and techniques and incorporate them into our data analytics processes.
Mentor and train junior data scientists to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with big data tools and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proven track record of developing predictive models and delivering actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
