Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to product, engineering, and marketing to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to analyze large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
Apply data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends in data, and make actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and integrity across all data sources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, and proactively identify opportunities to apply new techniques and tools to enhance our data analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of success in delivering data-driven solutions.
Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
