Position Overview: As a Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that enables our company's machine learning models to run efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to deploy, monitor, and improve machine learning systems in production. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure for deploying, monitoring, and managing machine learning models in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy and integrate machine learning models into our systems.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of machine learning models, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Continuously improve the scalability and reliability of our machine learning infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for data management, model versioning, and model deployment.
• Automate processes for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance of machine learning models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technology and bring in new ideas to improve our systems.
• Document and communicate processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and consistent machine learning operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a similar role with a focus on machine learning operations.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
