Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure DevOps processes and tools to support the development, testing, and deployment of our software products
Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle, including code reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments
Monitor and maintain the security of our DevOps environment, including infrastructure, code repositories, and build pipelines
Implement security best practices and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve security issues, and provide guidance on security-related matters
Continuously improve and automate existing security processes to enhance the overall security posture of our organization
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a DevOps or security-focused role
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
Extensive knowledge of security concepts, frameworks, and tools, such as OWASP, NIST, and SANS
Hands-on experience with security tools, such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, and intrusion detection systems
Proficient in scripting and programming languages, such as Python, Bash, and Java
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP, are a plus
