Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our DevSecOps strategy and roadmap, while continuously improving processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure infrastructure, applications, and systems.
Automate security processes and integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for remediation.
Monitor and analyze logs and system activity to detect and respond to security incidents.
Create and maintain documentation related to security processes, procedures, and standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevSecOps role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and processes such as CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with security tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, and encryption.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their security best practices.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with code review tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus.
