Role Overview: As a DevSecOps Engineer at Lobox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our products and services. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure infrastructure, as well as identifying and mitigating potential security threats. You will also collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to integrate security into the entire software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure infrastructure for our products and services, including cloud-based systems, networks, and applications.
• Perform security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems. Develop and implement solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Monitor and analyze security logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the software development life cycle. This includes conducting security reviews, providing guidance on secure coding practices, and implementing security tools and processes.
• Manage and maintain security tools and systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and improve our security processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to other team members on security-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proficient in scripting and automation, preferably with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes, such as CI/CD, configuration management, and containerization.
• Sound understanding of security principles, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are a plus.
