Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliver solutions that meet client needs
Develop and maintain software documentation and technical specifications
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software systems
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing systems
Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
Identify and suggest areas for improvement in the development process
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a Senior or Lead role
Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
Expertise in software development methodologies and best practices
Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable software solutions
Familiarity with database design and management (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in mentoring and training junior developers is a plus
