Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems
Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development of software and hardware systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality products
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software and hardware systems
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Contribute to the development of new products and features
Identify and address technical issues and propose effective solutions
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices
Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Communicate project progress and any roadblocks to the team and management
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or hardware development
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
Experience with hardware design and development, including PCB layout, schematic capture, and circuit design
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers
Familiarity with Agile development methodology is a plus
