Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for various projects
Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Ability to travel as required
