Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior engineers, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve product performance
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for their integration into our products and services
Review and analyze technical documents, such as specifications, designs, and test plans, to ensure compliance with project requirements
Communicate and collaborate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Participate in code reviews, ensuring that industry standards and best practices are followed
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing and implementing solutions to resolve them
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of project plans, designs, and processes
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engineering projects
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and best practices
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages
Professional engineering license is preferred
