Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications using Java technologies
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop technical specifications and design documents for software components
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications
Ensure code quality and adhere to coding standards and best practices
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical assistance and sharing knowledge and expertise
Participate in the full software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA, DevOps, and UI/UX, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts, such as multithreading, data structures, and algorithms
Proficient in web development frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with database design and SQL
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
