Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehouse ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data warehouse and ETL processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of data for reporting and analytics purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources and load it into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data warehouse models, data mappings, and data dictionaries
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues
• Monitor and maintain data warehouse health and performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data warehouse structures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in data warehousing and ETL development
• Mentor and train junior ETL developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
• Experience with data modeling and data warehouse design principles
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions, such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
