Salary: $171000 - $208000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehousing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehousing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data warehouse systems. You will work closely with our data analysts and other members of the technical team to ensure that our data warehouse is efficient, accurate, and able to meet the needs of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about data and has a strong background in data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse systems, including data structures, data models, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data quality and consistency checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the data warehouse.
• Optimize data warehouse performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data warehouse architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data warehousing and make recommendations for improvements to our systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, with a strong understanding of data warehouse design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Experience with data modeling and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms is a plus.
