Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives
Manage and oversee the IT department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary upgrades and patches
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with budgeting and cost management
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO
Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
