Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NoSQL Data Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing NoSQL databases to support our company's data needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling principles and possess a deep knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement NoSQL databases to support various data needs of the company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data models

Develop and maintain data standards and best practices for NoSQL databases

Perform data analysis to identify data patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions

Optimize database performance by monitoring and tuning data models

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner

Continuously research and evaluate new NoSQL technologies to improve database performance and efficiency

Develop and maintain documentation for database design and data models

Train and mentor junior data modelers on best practices and techniques for NoSQL databases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of years of experience as a Data Modeler or Database Administrator

Extensive experience designing and managing NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB

Strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques

Proficiency in SQL and other database languages

Experience with data migration and integration between different database systems

Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Certifications in NoSQL databases or data modeling is a plus
