Job Overview: As a NoSQL Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our NoSQL databases. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the smooth integration of our database solutions into our software and applications. You will also be responsible for optimizing database performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain NoSQL databases in accordance with business needs and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of database solutions into software and applications
• Monitor and improve database performance, including implementing necessary optimizations and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data dictionaries
• Implement new features and functionality to enhance the database and improve overall performance
• Create and maintain documentation for database design, development, and maintenance processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in NoSQL databases and make recommendations for improvements to our systems
• Work closely with other teams, such as data analytics and data engineering, to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure data privacy and security measures are in place
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NoSQL Database Developer or a similar role
• Strong understanding of NoSQL database concepts and principles, such as document, key-value, and graph databases
• Proficiency in database design and development using NoSQL technologies, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis
• Experience with database optimization and troubleshooting techniques
• Solid understanding of data modeling and schema design
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
