Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Oracle ERP applications and customizations to support business processes
Design, code, and test new programs and modifications to existing systems
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all system modifications and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP applications and integrations
Participate in project planning and estimation processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in Oracle ERP development
Mentor and train junior developers on Oracle ERP systems and development processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, preferably in a large enterprise environment
Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder
Proficient in SQL and database design
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R11 and R12
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA Suite is a plus
Knowledge of Oracle database administration is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
