Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and implementing OTM solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Developing technical specifications and design documents.
Configuring and customizing the OTM platform to meet specific business needs.
Writing and executing test plans to ensure solutions are of high quality and meet business requirements.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the OTM platform.
Providing technical support to end-users and resolving any system issues in a timely manner.
Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality and standards are met.
Staying up-to-date with new OTM features and functionalities and identifying opportunities to leverage them for our clients.
Participating in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in OTM development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) platform.
Experience with OTM configuration, customization, and integration using XSLT, XML, and SQL.
Proficient in Java, J2EE, and web services.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
