As a Ruby Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with our product team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Optimize application performance for scalability and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Ruby community
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Continuously improve development processes and workflows
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development, with at least 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
