Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Servicenow applications, modules, and integrations to support business requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical recommendations
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions using best practices and coding standards
Develop and maintain Servicenow workflows, forms, UI pages, and UI macros
Configure and maintain Servicenow Service Catalog, Service Portal, and CMDB
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Servicenow platform, including integrations and customizations
Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and security of the Servicenow platform
Keep up-to-date with Servicenow releases and new features, and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements
Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for Servicenow solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Servicenow Developer
Servicenow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications preferred
Strong experience in Servicenow development, including configuration, scripting, and workflows
Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, and CMDB
Experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems
Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
