Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the Principal SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. You will also play a key role in the overall success of our company by ensuring that our SAP systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of SAP systems, including but not limited to, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and provide technical solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement SAP system configurations and customizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, test plans, and user manuals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, including performance tuning, system upgrades, and bug fixes.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of SAP systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve and enhance our systems.
• Mentor and train junior SAP analysts to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the organization on SAP best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in SAP system development and support.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Proficient in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification is a plus.
