Primary Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex computer systems and networks to meet the company's needs and requirements.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train and mentor other IT team members on system administration tasks.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in system administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex computer systems and networks.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with security best practices and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
