About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. You will also ensure the security and smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus/malware software
Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
Install and maintain network equipment and cabling
Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance performance and security
Manage and maintain virtualized environments
Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new systems and processes
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong knowledge of network protocols and security principles
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
