Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including the development team, executive leadership, and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to identify and prioritize product features based on business impact and user needs.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring that they are clear, actionable, and prioritized based on business value.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product and identify new opportunities for growth.
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and wants throughout the product development process.
Monitor and analyze product metrics to measure the success of features and identify areas for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform product decisions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Deep understanding of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
