Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Developer

Salary: $190000 - $224000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to continuously improve our processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as marketing automation and ERP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
• Implement and maintain DevOps processes, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of new features and updates before deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to Salesforce development and DevOps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 1 year in a DevOps role.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps tools, such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are a plus.
