Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SAP ERP solutions to support business processes and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP ERP solutions.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP ERP solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP ERP systems.
Develop and implement data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to SAP ERP.
Monitor and maintain the performance of SAP ERP systems and make necessary improvements.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and recommend process improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SAP ERP solutions within budget.
Train end-users on new SAP ERP solutions and provide ongoing support and training as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing SAP ERP solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM.
Proficient in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
SAP certification is a plus.
